What happens next?

Once you've completed your member profile, we'll get your Business Care membership set up and be in touch personally to welcome you.

From there, you'll be able to access Business Care whenever you need practical advice or support with a people issue - whether it's something straightforward, something sensitive, or you're simply not sure what to do next.
