Introducing Responder Care

Responder Care was founded by Paul McFarlane to help franchise and business owners navigate difficult people challenges.

Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, chaplaincy, and mental health leadership, including as Senior Chaplain with NSW Ambulance, Paul provides practical guidance when staff situations become complex.

Today, he works alongside business owners to help them navigate difficult staff situations, respond well under pressure, and support their teams with confidence.
